While purchases are strictly non-refundable, we guarantee 100% successful delivery of your files. If you encounter any of the following issues:

• Your access email went to your spam or promotions folder.
• You mistyped your email address during checkout.
• You face any permission or downloading issues inside Google Drive.

Simply email our support team at resourcevault.shop@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp with your payment ID. We will verify your order and provide direct replacement access within 24 hours.
